Hello, I wonder if anyone knows whether the ‘grace period’ upgrades apply to software bought long before the release of the new version, but never used?
I bought Absolute 2 for my son nearly two years ago, but he became unable to use computer equipment and the box was never even opened. I am finally thinking of trying to sell it and am wondering whether the buyer would be able to get an automatic upgrade?
I’ll be very grateful for any advise.
