Automatically center or alignment of text frames

Is there a way to automatically center or align text frames? (sh. pics) Centering them manually is always a bit imprecise. Thanks!

No, but why not create the frame the full width, and center the text? Like Laudato.

Thank you! But the bigger problem I have with the template below: ProjectPublisher and ProjectCopyright.
