When I select a range of automation data (just volume track appended to an audio track), in Edit menu copy & paste aren’t greyed out so it should copy & paste fine but it doesn’t paste anything at all.
To clarify, after copy, I place the cursor/playhead on a different location on the same track or anywhere on another track (with volume automation selected) paste does nothing.
I rebooted in case it was a temp glitch but it appears not.
I can copy/paste events/parts etc. but not automation points.
Any ideas on what may be preventing a copy or paste operation of automation data please?

Unfortately even when I moved the track to the middle or bottom of the project it still didn’t work for me.
I’m sure it will be some similar quirk. I also have a quirk where I can’t move the ‘S’ for snap point on each audio file but I can in C11 but I’m on 12.0.0 because the later versions don’t work with my SoundID reference plugins.
If I find a solution I’ll post again with it.

The lane is actually unlocked however Ctrl+D does work!
I feel stupid now as I was actually using Ctrl+D to deplicate the audio events/parts and didn’t think to try that on automation presuming it was only for audio - duh
