even when this option is checked, when copying or moving audio the automation doesn’t move with it. Any suggestions?

If you open the automation lane and highlight the points at the same time you highlight the tracks before you drag/copy them the points will move along with them. Normally I don’t think think this is necessary when you have automation set to follow events but if it’s not working for some reason this may help.
