I started facing this a few days ago and came across multiple threads regarding the same. I too was using the Track Enable/Disable work-around for a while. But then I tried changing my Global Automation mode from Auto-Latch to Touch and it seems to fix the issue for me(at least for the time being). Come to think about it, I started seeing this issue first after changing my Global Automation mode. I’ve changed the mode back to Auto Latch but the issues doesn’t seem to be cropping up. Again, for the time-being at least 
Don’t know if this works for everyone, but I thought I’ll post this workaround out here for anyone else facing this issue.
