Using Cubase Pro 15.0.21 on macOS 26.4.1 (25E253)
When Groove Agent SE6 is used with Drum Pattern Events (Patterns) when custom automation line is added to pattern editor in bottom parameter lanes no custom automation is stored upon saving of project and will disappear vanish once the project is closed and reopened.
This is 100% testable and can be reproduced completely.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create new project
- Add Track (T keyboard key) → Instrument Type → Groove Agent SE → Event Type Pattern Event
- Load any Drum Kit into Groove Agent SE6
- Create new Drums Pattern Editor Event in first bar and assign it as Pattern 1
- Parameter Lane → Add Parameter [ + ] sign, select Automation → Kick.Amp.Level
- Draw any step values into the Amp.Level parameter on Parameter lane.
- Confirm that the parameter works as expected when playing back.
- Save the project, Close the project
- Reopen the project.
- Open Pattern Event, Amp.Level parameter is missing
Currently no automation is stored when using Groove Agent SE6.
