so I recently made a painful discovery, if I automate the parameter of an object, that will successfully render and transfer to the ADM file, if on the other hand, I use modulators to move the parameter, that is ignored when rendering the ADM file, not sure if this is a short coming in Cubase or the Dolby file system just doesnt see Cubase Modulators ..

I have seen this brought up before, either here or in the Nuendo forum.
It would be great for it to work but if that technically not feasible then the next best thing would be a functionality to transfer modulators’ output into written automation.
