my problem ist solved with routing all channels to outputs. Do you still need a Project?

Joey, is the first MIDI note quantized? Just open first part with name “Track 12” in lower editor, select 1st note and press Quantize. If this won’t help, move first note some ms away from very first bar. Should help. If not, move everything to start from bar 2.
Even if you not recorded MIDI note live, but put with mouse, after moving part to another bar, it can be off from barline. (should not, nut sometime does).
I also remember there was a bug to start everything from bar 1, especially MIDI and maybe DMX too.

Your “dead connections” are not related to MIDI note not played (the second video by Joey). And this probably isn’t a bug, just non-precise allocation of note. It can be a little before first bar and therefore it won’t be played.
I have moved the first midi note to bar 2 or even further. But since I have drawed the MIDI-note myself, it shouldn’t go before bar 1.
Anyway, I just got it to work with @CliveJ’s solution. The track witch contains the song title, must be routed to an output. I don’t know what that track does and why it needs to be routed but I attached a video where everything seems like to work. In the fist segment I have not routed the “Song-track“. Vor this example I made a litte bit of automation to switch on/of the autotune. That doesn’t work.
In the second segment I have routed that song-track and you can see the autotune is switching on and off.
It’s good to know it’s solved.
But anyway I don’t understand why the song track in your project wasn’t routed to output. It’s like waiting for sound coming out of audio device that is switched off

Its really easy to understand, why this Channel ist not routed: I dont need it.
I got other outputs and they stay the same through all songs (Like Sample, Click, Counts) and so i dont need a specific out per song.
