dear nuendo forum,
actually i am a cubase 9.5.1 user. the video engine in nuendo, specially since the last update with the new engine is the same like in cubase 9.5.1 so i give it try.
unfortuantly no one could help in the cubase forum.
i bought the avid dn hd encoder but it is still not working.i authorized it and i can see it in my elicense controll center that it
is activated.
but i cant play avid dn hd videos in cubase and still get the message. “playback of avid dnxhd video files requires the installation and licensing…”
cubase 9.5.1 which is the lastest update is installed.
the avid dn hd codecs are installed.AVID_CodecsLE_2.7.3_Win
and the latest elicenser controll center is installed—eLicenser Control Center 6.10.6.2222
yesterday morning i wrote to steinberg support.
but no answer yet.
do you have any ideas or experiences with this?
