Is there a way to avoid collision between ties and trills accidentals in parentheses? It happens frequently with any type (#, b, natural) and it can be quite problematic with micro-tonal accidentals with arrows.

No, tie positioning in Dorico does not take trill auxiliary notes into account at all, I’m afraid. It could no doubt be done with sufficient time and effort expended, but it’s not something we’re likely to be working on imminently.
