Hi, I just got my AXR4T delivered. I install the latest driver and the thunderbolt is connected. (Thunderbolt center on my computer also says the yamaha AXR is connected to port 1).
When I open cubase 10.5, klick on VST Audio System (ASIO driver) and select the Yamaha Steinberg Thunderbolt, it says “Device could not be opened.”
I have activated the license code, the Advanced FX Suite on elicenser control, is there more software that I need to download?
What could be the problem? Cubase does not seem to see the AXRT.
Anyway I am thankful if anybody knows what the problem is.
