Hi, I’ve noticed that when I “Back up Project” from one iMac and open it on another iMac the presets for third party VST (HY-Delay4_free) are missing on 2nd iMac. Is there a way to include these presets in the backup folder? Using Cubase LE AI Elements 9.5 on both iMacs.

Hi Andrew,
Cubase usally only stores a snapshot of each plugin/instrument inside the project.
In order to get additional presets from one computer to another I’m afraid you’ll have to manually copy them.

If I might add: Johnny is talking about user presets that you created within a 3rd party plugin. These are stored in a dedicated location which you need to copy separatly.
If you are talking about factory presets or settings within a 3rd party plugin that are not based on a user preset you should be fine as long as this 3rd party plugin is installed on your 2nd iMac as well.
