Back up user instrument sets and multis from Halion sonic 2 before i upgrade to HS3 advice please

I am about to upgrade to HS3 from HS2. I use HS2 for my live vst and have 6 years worth of user MULTI patches and user Instruments sets. Can somebody give me advice on how to save and back these up on to my hard drive so I can transfer to HS3
