Please help me with repairing this strange behaviour of one system.
Can you post the Dorico project itself (or a reduced version that still shows the same problem)? Just a screenshot isn’t enough to tell what’s going on behind the scenes.
Edited to add: Also important: what do you want to achieve? How do you actually want your score to look like? Is it just the wide spacing in the one system, or the distribution of systems across pages, or an unintended page turn?
There is another view of that problem. Last system on a page does not space its staves properly and I cannot find the reason. Manual tweaks solves the problem, but I would like to avoid it. Sample included.

The sfzp markings in the last system are constructed as text items (obviously because Dorico doesn’t accept this letter combination as a dynamic, which is unfortunate). When you created the “Dynamika” Paragraph Style to circumvent this, you chose Bravura as the font. This font has a very wide line spacing around it. It’s not meant to be used as a text font.
You should change this to Bravura Text, the corresponding font suitable for use in a line of text. You’ll just need to also reduce the font size a bit, but then the spacing problem is gone.
