bak file will not open

I was working on a project over a few sessions, I accidentally overwrote the project…
I went to the pool nothing, and when I try to open a previous bak file it will not open,
I was thinking that when I saved and resaved that a copy would be available even if I overwrote it. I guess I was wrong. let me know if there is any other way I can get the song back. I shows the 4 days I worked on it, but when I try to open it in the library it says I can’t open it. thanks.

Rename the .bak to .cpr and try again
