Bandwidth Limitations of using USB interface & storage devices?

I could not see any external sata sockets , but there are ones on the motherboard.

On the right, bottom, 4 sockets (2 ports on every probably)

Yes they are in exactly the same position as my ASUs m/b. The back of the m/b facing the back of the case. Pretty much the same on my old gigabyte m/b
