Dear friends, I want to connect the polythithmic staves (see screenshot), but I’m not successful. The shortcut opt. + arrow down (Mac) dosn’t work. What can I do?
You have this Engraving option:
But in your case, I guess it is more related to the double vs. single barline. Try to select the double barline on the top staff and to press Delete.

Thank you! But there is no solution for this problem. I can delete the double barline, but I would like to have a double barline , connected in all staves.
If this is what you are looking for, it looks poosible!

Yes, create an individual barline on each staff with Shift-B || and use alt+enter.
With the Engraving Option, @charles_piano showed it will work.
You can select the first note after the time signature before using Shift-B
In your example, Dorico can’t join them since the middle staff has a single barline.

Here is the process. Strangely, if I skip the step where I click again on the double barline in the right panel, the Barlines joins all staves in Engrave Mode doesn’t work.
