Bar numbers may unexpectedly push tempo indications upwards

Found in Dorico 6.0.20.6047.

Tempo.dorico (1.3 MB)

1. Open the attached Tempo.dorico.
2. Add a time signature at bar 5 (system break).

EXPECTED: The tempo indication may move horizontally to align with the time signature.
ACTUAL: The tempo indication also moves upwards.

3. Select the new time signature and hit “Hide bar number” in the properties panel.

RESULT: The tempo indication jumps down to its expected position.
