Good idea, worked somehow, but formatting to f.e. “24 s” is not possible, also it is not showing in the single scores, only in the master score. Better then nothing 
I think you have to set up for each layout in layout options.
Also check Engraving options->Markers

You can select all the layouts to the right in layout options and change them all in one go.
