In one part of my score, the ‘barline joins all staves’ is not functioning. It works fine in the rest of the score. Why would this be? Bug? My stupidity? The only thing I can see is that it comes just after a section with a run of repeats on a few bars.
Normally I hide the rapidly changing time sigs but I understand you have to select them to do this function. Yes?
This score is not for public distribution but I can send it privately if somebody can fix it.
Have you tried, in Engrave mode, clicking on the barline and dragging or using alt/opt+down arrow to move its edit handle? When I have needed to do something similar, using the keyboard usually works more reliably than using the mouse.
Interesting. I can do as suggested but unable to produce any movement in any direction. What therefore is the purpose of the handles on a selected barline in Engrave Mode?
