Barlines and Bar numbers

Two questions:

1. Is it possible to add small bar indications in the 20/4 bar?
2. Is it possible to add the elapsed time to the bar numbers?

(@Klangschmied I see you asked basically the same question about tick barlines in another thread: if you can try not to duplicate your questions, that would be really helpful – especially just at the minute when forum traffic is really high. Sorry, you are right, it was my fault. I appreciate the forum and your support and next time I take more care. It happens, when I edit my first thread because of a mistake and afterwards I did not see the topic in the thread, so I thought it was vanished, therefore I started a new thread.
