Does anyone have an idea why barlines do not follow all the way down the system? This only happens in Full Score.

It might have something to do with the strange bracketing that you have. Try removing the bracketing change, if there’s any. The screenshot you provide is too small to see the full context.
Also remember that’s always advisable to paste a cutdown version of the project that reflects the issue.

I didn’t notice a red signpost that read “barline change”. Not sure how it got there but deleting it seems to fix the problem.
