how can i do that barre and also half-barre
You either misuse a piano pedal marking (see Creating new Playing Technique based on Sustain Pedal possible? - Dorico - Steinberg Forums for how to do this) or you wait for native guitar functionality, which is hopefully(!) coming in Dorico v3.
