Bars/Beats flyout on Cursor...turn it off?

Hi,
Is there a way to turn off the Flyout on the Arrow Cursor that shows TrackName/Bars/Beats when it’s over a Event?
Turning off Tool Tips in the Prefs didn’t work.
It’s a bit annoying for my needs.
