WL 13.01 basic amplitude for nudging keeps jumping back to 1 sec when changed in the preference settings

It is this part of WL, I was using trial of WL13 a month ago and I noticed the time section was at times having a message “invalid” and when gain or time was set to a user defined value, on restarting WL, the values were reset to default.
Even though, not the way the previous poster was seeking, this is also a workaround for @Benjamin_Savignoni to set gain to 1 dB and click on envelope and work using Shift + and Shift - to get whole values for clip gain.
