Basic editing in Elements 15, which isn't in the videos

I recently purchased Cubase Elements 15. I have been watching some of the “beginner” videos on how to use Cubase 15, but some of the basic editing procedures do not work in my Elements version the way they are shown in the videos. I assume this is because the videos are all about the Pro version. (?) I need to learn how to change the gain and/or the pitch of a selected note or section (event). These should be easy edits to do. I also can’t figure out how to change the tempo of a project. If you are an Elements 15 user, please help! I would greatly appreciate it. The manual isn’t much help either. Thank you.

Hi Teo,

You can change the Volume of the MIDI Note (or multiple notes of you make the multi selection) in the Info Line of the Key Editor. You can also change the Pitch there, or you can use the Arrow Up/Down to transpose by one semitone or Shift + Arrow Up/Down to transpose by one octave up/down.

There is no Tempo Track in Cubase Elements. Use the Tempo Editor, which you can find in the Edit menu (or Czrl/Cmd + T.

I don’t have any MIDI tracks or events. I am trying to edit recorded tracks.
My version of Elements does not have a “Tempo Editor” in Edit.
Thank you for your time and thoughts.

Do you mean variaudio for note editing?

I don’t have that feature. thanks

My mistake, I mixed Elements and Artist versions
