Basic FX Suite that came with UR44 - NO REPLY FROM STEINBERG

I wrote to Steinberg support for my country (Slovenia) almost 2 weeks ago. Since then, I got no reply from Steinberg.

I bought used UR44 and have to transfer license for Basic FX suite from previous owner to my Steinberg account.

In my experience, this is the worst support I ever dealt with.

I own several Steinberg products, but now when I need some help, I get no reply!

Have you sorted it out? If yes, how you did it?
