2] Is it VST3?
3] Is it 64 bit?
4] Is it 24 bit?

Hello,
Please have a look at the following link: https://www.steinberg.net/en/support/knowledgebase_new/show_details/kb_show/halion-symphonic-orchestra-version-overview/kb_back/2020.html
Is it VST 3 ?: In Cubase 6 YES, because Halion Sonic (SE) is beeing used as the sample player.
Is it 64-bit ?: In Cubase 6 YES, because Halion Sonic (SE) is beeing used as the sample player.
Is the content 24-bit ?: No, it is 16-bit
Cheers,
Chris
Hi Chris,
Did you realise that if you go to products VST instruments in the Steinberg site it does not come up as a “VST instrument”
I am wonderihg why its not currently ‘available’ this way/

Hello,
HSO as a VST instrument on his own we do not sell anymore. When you have Cubase 5 / 6 then you can upgrade the license of the demo HSO version that is included in the package to a permanent license in our online shop.
Cheers,
Chris
Hi Chrisd hope your keeping well. I nearly understand now. Basically HSO is now a Sonic SE instrument now - correct?
Is HalionSO now fully 24 bit - only?
