Basic Readability Potential improvements to the UI

There are opportunities to make things easier to read like track names.

Everywhere in the UI the long track names get cut off, I am finding I want to enlarge the panels to see the track text without having to keep clicking on each track to see it.

The intuitive thing is increase the panel to stretch the text box…

Here is visual examples of what the issues are and how they could be improved.

And another where I can not adjust the column size… which is intuitively what I want to do, but the UI prevents me from doing that.

The same goes for the certainly well-intentioned but highly impractical fields for file names and descriptions (… the latter always seem to react wrongly, by the way, if you ask me - but that’s another story altogether).
