Bass Amp causing digital noise when exported NOT in realtime

Cubase 14 on Mac Mini M4 with 32GB RAM. Quite simple Project with some audio tracks, only stock plugins, Bass Amp on the audio track of the bass. Problem:

When exporting in realtime everything sounds fine. If I deactivate realtime I get some annoying hiss sound on the bass track. Sounds like digital distortion:

Is this a known issue? Or has anyone any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Oh my, I hope they get that sorted . I’m on c13 so I can’t comment but thanks for the heads-up.
