Bass Manager LFE dropouts

I am using bass manager to send bass to a subwoofer when mixing stereo mixing.
The reason is we moved to an atmos speaker set up but still do most of our music in stereo.
So when monitoring stereo music via our 7.1.4 configuration, the sub information would be ignored without resorting to the BassManager plugin.

The issue is the sub drops out randomly. We have replaced all cables just to be sure that’s not the issue.

Has anybody experienced this problem?

could you check, if Bass Manager drops out, too, if you use it as an insert plug-in and
not in control room ?

Are your front speakers not full-range speakers?
