The current state is that you can batch export all tracks including insert fx but its not possible to include the whole signal flow including busses, fx and the master chain.
There is a hacky workaround to use render in place but it’s not optimal (different event starting points & cuts, placing the newly bounced file right under the source tracks etc.).
It happens often now that you get requests as an audio engineer for all mix stems.
That option would save heaps amount of time instead of bouncing every track individually.
