I had Discover and Core templates installed with Dorico 3.5 and they worked fine until I upgraded to 4.0 and to BBCSO Pro. I’ve re-added the Discover, Core and Pro Dorico templates from the Dorico Resources page, but they no longer work. In Play Mode, clicking the E symbol in the Inspector does not pop up the Spitfire Player like it should and there is no sound.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
But does the actual plug-in load into the slots in the VST Rack? Could you please load a corresponding project and then do Help > Create Diagnostics Report and post the zip file here? Thanks
Thanks for your reply. It turned out that Dorico blacklisted the VST. Got it working now. Takes a long time to load from my SSD, but I think I read that’s the case with BBCSO.
Good to hear that you solved it yourself. And yes, it takes time. Not the loading of the plug-in itself but all the sound contents.
