I was wondering if any of you has used the BBCSO template for Dorico.
I am wondering how to trigger the Suspended Cymbal stroke…each time I notate it it is chocked.
The sample change only when I notate a roll. I am wondering if anyone notated that in a way it is recognized by Dorico (perhaps my notation is incorrect).

I suggest you change to play mode, open the percussion map editor and study the BBCSO percussion map used for your cymbal. That way you will know if the sound you’re looking for has been correctly programmed to be used, and how it’s triggered (sorry I’m nowhere near my computer to do it for you, but I am quite confident you’ll succeed!)
