This would really, really speed up setting up splits between two or more loaded instruments. Dragging or incrementing/decrementing the value is rather tedious. In fact, any MIDI value that can be set and would make sense to be able to MIDI learn that value inside Cubase would be a super cool usability enhancement, IMO.
