My favorite feature in 6.2 is the new Engraving Options for beam thickness and separation. Thank you Dorico Team!!
Here’s an issue I found.
The results of the Engraving Options produce different result than editing the beams in Engrave Mode.
Beams edited in Engrave Mode:
Now, with the new Engraving Options:
Notice the differences in stem length on beat 2 and 3.

As described, changes to the beam separation values in Engraving Options where the sum of the beam and gap does not equal 3/4 space are not guaranteed to give good results. The properties do not change the inputs to the beam positioning algorithms, while the options values do.

Would the following be more predictable?
IF the sum of the beam and gap does not equal 3/4 space, the input to the beam positioning algorithm uses the standard settings of 1/2 and 1/4?
