What can I do here? I want the lower voice beamed like the upper… Its a 4/4 bar.
Click on the appropriate notes of the lower voice, check the properties panel and you’ll find a toggle that says something about breaking secondary beams 
[Edit] Or select downstem voice notes, invoke the context menu, Beaming > Reset beaming — I guess the upper voice behavior is the default one. It looks as if the beaming has been forced in downstem voice.
