Beaming issue in 6/8

I’m in 6/8 with the following figure:

I ‘forced-durationed’ the dotted eighth. But the 16th note beam (semi-quaver) before it should be pointing the other way to look correct. Is there a way to do this?

I know I can break the beam after the 16th note - but that doesn’t look correct either.

I experimented with an alternate meter [3+3+6/16] which fixes the issue, but that screws up all the other lines playing just eighth notes.

Any ideas?

Never mind - found the “partial beam direction” toggle on the lower panel in Engraving.
