Is it possible to represent the beat remaining the same when a change of time signature occurs? I have a piece in 2/4 which becomes 3/4 in the time of the previous 2/4. I have tried the shift + T popover and inputting h = q. and also h = q+e but these are obviously not in its repertoire. I suppose one could use the text ‘minim equals dotted crotchet’ but it is not very elegant.
