Behringer Xtouch + 2 Extenders

Cubase 14 /Nuendo will not recognize X-touch + 2 Extenders! I can get two of the three to work, but the third unit will only duplicate one of the first two. We have a large recording studios here and some of the producers uses Logic and Studio One 7….both of which works flawlessly with three units. They work so well that you can see all three-unit icons together and switch them around and whatever order you switch to, your controllers will mimic that order in a 24 track scenario. I have been using Cubase for 20+ years and want to do the same with 24 channels, but this has me stumped. Any suggestions?… As an engineer, I was wondering if the device ID of the extenders causes problems in Cubase…has me scratching my head.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Did you select the right MIDI Input Ports, please? They have to be unique.

I can confirm, Cubase can work with main Mackie Control unit and 2 extenders.
