Best App like Photoscore compatible with Dorico 4

Playscore 2 is work fine for me too

… and the good thing about PlayScore2 is: you can even do all this on an iPhone, when on the go. Example, someone would like an edit or a transposition of a piece. I can open a .pdf on the iPhone, share it to the PlaySore2 App on the iPhone, let it do the the magic and export to music.xml.
These files are readily prepared when I get home or back to my laptop, where I can open them in Dorico and do the necessary edits.

SmartScore 64 Pro works as well as anything. Unlike the iOS/Android apps, I can edit the file before I export the MusicXML 3.0 file.

Finale owners get a 50% discount. Dorico and other apps eligible for a Competitive Upgrade get $100 off through this link.

I’ve had some good results with this app:
https://sheetmusicscanner.com/
What I also like about it is that it’s inexpensive and gets regular updates.

Limitations

Reads printed sheet music, not handwritten or mimicking handwriting, tablatures, etc.

Reads standard oval note heads only, no special symbols like shape notes.

The following symbols are not currently supported: codas, percussion notation, dynamics, double sharps, double flats, and grace notes. These are on the to-do list and will come in the future updates.

Use high-quality printed sheet music and take photos under good enough light, when scanning from your camera, for optimal results.

Some older prints and unusual fonts may not be recognizable.
