I was importing a ton of .wav stems into a Cubase project, and the import was taking a long time. What’s the best audio file format for Cubase to be the happiest?
WAV is a great format for Cubase.
But: Is it the best?
(Considering both quality of audio and quickness of import)
wav should be the fastest format to load, depending on what sort of media you are using.
Loading from a slow usb thumb drive, FLAC would probably be faster.
Any lossless format that Cubase supports are the “best”
