Best method for correct enharmonic input?

OK, here’s a passage I’m entering. (Apologies: it’s in C3 Alto clef, with one sharp).

After I’ve input the F natural, I need to enter an F sharp. But if I enter the F sharp, the F natural becomes an E sharp. I can ‘fix’ the F sharp by enharmonically altering it to E Sharp and back to F sharp again (Alt - +), but is there a faster way?

Without disabling the option to allow retrospective respelling of notes you’ve already input in Note Input Options so that this doesn’t occur in the first place, that might be the quickest way.
