Best methods for "new" symbols

Working on a string ensemble score and I need to add some symbols that aren’t present or easy in Dorico, and I’m wondering how best to get there?

I have dynamics “mfp” to add that I need exactly like that, with no hyphen or slash between.
I also need a downbow symbol and then upbow symbol right next to each-other.

I have quite a few instances of each. How would this best be tackled? Any ideas?

For mfp, just type mfp and then flick the Separator Shown property on - you should find that the tickbox is automatically unticked. Once you’ve got one done, you can always Alt+Click or copy and paste it wherever else you need it.
For actual symbols, add new playing techniques from within the Playing Techniques Editor.
