Best way of changing sample rate?

I have a number of Cubase 9.5 projects which include audio tracks recorded at 48k. I need to convert them to 44.1k. What is the best way to do this?

Is it better to open an empty project at 44.1k and then use “Import tracks from Project” (which is quicker) or “Import Audio” for the individual tracks. Or is there some other way?

I would first make a backup of the project.
Then simply change the sample rate in the project setup. It will ask you if you want to convert the audio files, answer yes and it will do the rest. Remember to save when it’s finished.
