Currently, to quickly name multiple cycle/markers
the only key command functionality I can figure out is:
- Enter to type
- Enter to execute
- Keyboard Down Arrow
- Repeat the above
Tab unfortunately only changes column selection.
The best option me thinks, is if ‘Shift+Enter’, cued the next name field, or make it so ‘Tab’ goes to next name field, and people can use the left/right arrow keys to select columns.
Also, cursor follow doesn’t really behave as one would hope. It’s dependent on the Cursor Play Column thing to be selected, when Ideally, I want the cursor to follow as I am naming. Perhaps in the marker options add: ‘Cursor Follows Marker Selection”
Also please add an option in Marker Manager, for Audio Export to read/export markers in 000# format (ie, just like Export Counter). 0001, 0002, 0003.
Obviously this wouldn’t be good for in the project window as it would make it hard to see the marker number, this would be an option just for export, found in the marker manager.
