Bettermaker Limiter 2.0 plugin crashing Wavelab 12

Hello. I recently updated my bettermaker limiter 2.0 plugin to version 1.0.4, and it is causing Wavelab 12 to crash everytime I try to open the plugin. Is anyone else having this issue? I have attached some Log files so you can take a look at. I await your response.

Lots of plugins don’t “play nice” with WL. Leapwing Audio is a good example. Contact the plugin developer. FWIW

I’m not sure it’s ‘lots’, but I agree that contacting the plug-in developer is a good idea to save time. In my experience the problems have only rarely been at the Wavelab end of things.

I did contact the plugin developer, and they sent me the installer for the previous version and that helped.

Crazy thing is the plugin works fine in all my other DAWS. Just in Wavelab is where the plugin is crashing

It’s not that crazy if they haven’t tested the plugin in WaveLab which they probably haven’t or it wouldn’t do that.

Understand your point. Most likely they did not, because the older version is working just fine.
