Big difference between INPUT and OUTPUT latency

Hi,

I am having a trouble with latency in Cubase 5. My output latency is about 9 ms which is not bad at all, but my input latency is 112 ms. I don’t know how could this happen. Everything was working well, but suddenly input latency got this high.

I am not sure if INPUT latency is related with MIDI because I registered that my MIDI has higher latency than ever before.
