(SORRY BY MY ENGLISH…)
I´m have an problem:
My equipment;
- 5K iMac
- El Capitano 10.11.4
- CUBASE 8 Artisit, CUBASE 7, PRO LOGIC X
- 3,5 GHH pross.
- 24GB RAM
- Souncard APOLLO TWIN duo with
- ADAT AUDIO INTERFACE mod. ADA 8200 ( connect tighter with a light-cable)
DAW: KORG M1 and CASIO digital piano with MIDI IN/OUT
_My problem are; I ca use the Casio in all the program, but I dont get any sound out of the KORG M1 (yes the MIDI-cabels are correct),
I did try to load a program called sound and MIDI- windows, and when I test the Casio I hear sound, but not from the KORG M1, (I dont understand this program…)
I must say that I use ROLAND UM-ONE to the Casio, and a cheaper one to the KORG M!; an M-Audio USB/MIDI-converter (I also have another but no different)
But the strange is that I dont see any lights blink for MIDI OUT, in no one of theme.
They are both connected directly to the iMac USB.
So why do I do wrong so I can’t use the KORG M1 in the music program…?
I know how to connect to synthesizer together MIDI-IN to MIDI OUT, and so on…so I can use each others sounds, but I want to do this as well here…but I can’t, because the cables goes right in to the iMac…so…?
