Getting this error every time I open a project:
"An exception occurred. Save your work and restart the application.
The exception was thrown because of the plug-in:
BigMeter Controller"
Does anybody know what needs to be done in order to solve this?

The best is to uninstall the plugin BigMeter Controller. Or check if you use the same Bit-architecture as your cubase installation (64Bit or 32Bit). If possible always use the same Bit-architecture for cubase and your plugins, so they don’t have to be bridged. If not use jBridge. Check if an update for the BigMeter Controller plugin is available.

This “Plugin” is an integral part of Cubase and you can’t uninstall it/update it or run it with Jbridge!
Other than suggesting you try a re-install I think you’ll need to contact Steinberg.
Of course the error may be misleading and it could be something else causing the crash so you might try safe start mode and also a temp renaming of your vst2 plugins folder to see if these make any difference.
